I think what this means is that every second of your life counts. And that we waste alot of time and we dont realize that. And all the time that we have wasted cant be given bask to us. So you should always take every moment like if it was your last because you never know what is going to happen next. And you might regret what you said or did and that person will never know.

I think what this poem means is that what you say doesnt mean nothing unless you realy show it. And that actions mean more than words. That sometimes words dont mean nothing so it is hard for someone one to belive what you say unless you prove it to them. To prove it to them is by helping them out. And do what you mean.
